Sierra smith

Sierra Smith is a teacher, dancer, and choreographer located in Dayton, Ohio. As a young girl, Sierra began her dance journey learning choreography from viral music videos during her free time. Her mother seeing her passion for dance encouraged her to audition for a performing arts school where she spent her middle and highschool years majoring in dance.

Upon graduation from Chattanooga High School Center for Creative Arts, she obtained her B.S. in dance from Middle Tennessee State University. During her time at MTSU, Sierra trained in a range of techniques with a focus on contemporary modern dance. Currently a dance artist with Dayton Contemporary Dance Company 2, Sierra plans to continue developing her choreography and grow her artistry.
